Introduced in 1940, the Arcticreel has become a necessary part of the basic gear for both the avid and casual fisherman. Functional, lightweight and easily carried through the underbrush or willows, the Arcticreel keeps your fish cool and fresh through an entire day of fishing. Made from flax canvas imported from Scotland, the Arcticreel works on the principle of the desert water bag. Evaporation greatly reduces the temperature within, keeping your fish in just out-of-the-water condition. A washable plastic liner insures a clean, fresh creel after years of use. The Arcticreel features anti-rust hardware and a waterproof flap sewn to the back of the creel to help keep the angler dry.
